How can I keep track of multiple lots?

In large auctions, it can be challenging to track all your bids—especially as the auction nears its end. To help with this, you can use the Bidding Overview screen. This feature allows you to:

✅ Keep track of both your winning and losing bids.
✅ Place new bids quickly without navigating to individual auction or lot pages.

How to 'favourite' lots

You can track lots by following them on either the auction page or the individual lot page. Attention: This is only possible if you are logged in with your Auctim account. Don't have an account yet? Register for free!

On the auction page: Click the star symbol at the bottom right of the lot image. When the star turns black, you are now following that lot.
On the lot page: The same star symbol can be found in the title bar above the lot image.

How to view your favourite lots

Log in to your Auctim account

You can confirm you're logged in if your email address appears in the top bar of the website.

Open 'My Auctim'

Click ‘My Profile’ and select ‘My Bids’.

See an overview of your tracked lots

Here, you’ll find:
- Lots you have favourited
- Lots you have bid on

Understanding the status icons:

Star → You have favourited this lot but haven't placed a bid yet.
Downward arrow → You placed a bid, but you’re no longer the highest bidder.
Green trophy → You are currently the highest bidder, congratulations!

Tip: Use the quick bid button to place a bid instantly without leaving the overview page. This allows you to track and manage your bids efficiently from one screen.
