Generally, no transport equipment or dismantling assistance is available at the delivery site unless otherwise specified in the auction information. Buyers are responsible for arranging everything necessary for the collection and disassembly of their purchased lots.

In rare cases, when equipment or assistance is available on-site, a fee might apply, and waiting times can occur. Any available assistance will be noted in the auction details ahead of time, so please review these carefully.

If assistance is provided on-site by a third party for a fee, you will need to arrange this directly with them. Auctim and its partners do not intervene in this matter or charge any additional fees.
