I can't make the collection date. Can I pick up my goods at another time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange an alternative pick-up date. Collection must occur on the specified date(s) listed in the auction information, lot details, and your collection document. If you cannot attend, you can authorise someone else to collect your goods on your behalf; they’ll need your collection document or QR code to do so.


In very rare cases, uncollected goods are transported to a central warehouse. To retrieve them, you must pay transportation and storage fees.
