If you're having difficulty creating an account, here are some of the most common issues and how to resolve them:
- Invalid Email Address: Ensure you've entered a valid and correctly formatted email address. Make sure there is no accidental space at the start or at the end. Our security system detects most e-mail providers. If your e-mail address is still invalid, consider using a common service such as Yahoo or Gmail.
Please note that an email address can only be used for one account.
- VAT Number Verification (Professional Accounts): Make sure your VAT number is correct and valid for automated verification. The verification is done by a third party tool that is linked to an international database that is up to date at all times.
- Missing EORI Number: For professional accounts, enter your EORI number. If you don’t have one, it’s likely identical to your VAT number as suggested by the placeholder in the form.
- Mobile Phone Verification: Check that you’ve entered a valid mobile number and allow for 15 minutes for the PIN code to arrive before requesting a new one. Ensure you have network coverage as this message is sent via SMS technology.
Make sure you don't manually enter your country code, otherwise your phone number will not be stored correctly.
- Cookies or Browser Issues: Try clearing your browser's cookies or switching to a different browser if the registration page doesn’t load properly. We recommend using the Chrome browser.
99% of account registration issues are resolved by following the above steps. If you have another issue, or the problems persist, please contact Customer Support.
