What is an acquisition?

An acquisition is a process where Auctim serves as a third-party facilitator to assist in finding a buyer for an entire business. This typically includes the sale of the company’s assets, operations, and sometimes even the transfer of staff. Auctim helps manage the process by connecting interested buyers with sellers and ensuring that all necessary details and negotiations are handled transparently. Our role is to make the acquisition process as smooth as possible for both parties, from initial interest to the final agreement.

If no buyer is found, or if an agreement cannot be reached, it’s possible that a store sale may be organized instead, allowing the business assets to be sold off individually at fixed prices.
