What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your purchase on Auctim using one of the following methods:

Pay directly online:

• Bancontact (Belgian banks only) - also possible via QR code
  → Your payment will be registered immediately.

• iDEAL (Dutch banks only)
  → Your payment will be registered immediately.

Bank transfer:

• For all other international buyers (or if you prefer a manual transfer).
  → Processing takes approximately 1 to 2 business days, depending on your bank.

You’ll find all payment details and the status of your payment in your MY AUCTIM overview and on your pro forma invoice.

Important notes:

• Still received a payment reminder after paying?
  → No worries: this is an automated message. If you paid via bank transfer, the processing may still be underway.

• Make sure your payment is complete.
  → Partial payments are not accepted. The full amount must be paid in a single transaction.

• Always use the structured payment reference listed on your invoice to avoid delays.

• Please do not call us to verify your payment.
  → Our systems automatically and continuously track payment statuses.

• Picking up your goods soon, but your bank transfer hasn’t cleared yet?
  → Always pay on time to avoid issues. In some cases, a proof of payment is sufficient to collect your items.
