How do you pay the deposit?
You can pay the deposit easily and securely online while bidding. We support several trusted payment methods:
- Bancontact for Belgian bidders
- iDEAL for Dutch bidders
- Credit card for bidders from other countries
Once the payment is completed, you can immediately continue bidding.
How do you request a refund of the deposit?
You remain fully in control of your deposit. Through your personal account, you can request a refund at any time via Your profile → Deposit.
The refund is possible as soon as there are no outstanding obligations linked to your account, such as unpaid invoices or active bids. This process is designed to be fast, secure, and transparent.
