Why do we ask for a warranty?

Modified on Mon, 25 May at 12:17 PM

At our online auctions, we aim to provide a professional, transparent and reliable bidding environment where both buyers and sellers can participate with confidence.

That is why we ask bidders to pay a warranty in advance. This deposit confirms the seriousness of their participation and helps ensure that only motivated and reliable bidders take part in the auction.

Thanks to this approach, sellers can trust that bids are genuine, while bidders can be confident that they are participating in a high-quality and fair auction environment, free from fictitious or misleading bids.

The warranty is not an additional cost for genuine participants and is refunded to non-winning bidders in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Only in cases of misuse or deliberate disruption of the bidding process, in breach of the auction terms and conditions, may the warranty be withheld.

In this way, we work together to create safe, reliable and successful online auctions for everyone.
