When can I request a refund of the warranty?

You can request a refund of the warranty at any time via MY AUCTIM > Warranty. Refunds are only possible if there are no outstanding invoices, all goods have been collected, there are no ongoing complaints, and you have not placed any highest bids on lots. If you meet all these conditions, the warranty will be automatically refunded within 8 days of the request.
