You decide yourself when you want to request a refund of your deposit. You can easily arrange this at any time via MY AUCTIM > Deposit.
As soon as you submit your request, we verify whether your account meets the following conditions:
• No outstanding payments
All your invoices have been fully paid.
• Goods collected
You have collected all lots you won.
• No active bids
You are currently not the highest bidder on any lot.
• Case completed
There are no ongoing complaints or questions.
Do you meet these conditions? Then your deposit will automatically be refunded after your request. You will receive the amount in your account within 8 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
