Why could my warranty refund request be denied?

You can only request a refund via your MY AUCTIM account if you have no highest bids on active lots, no unpaid invoices, no goods that still need to be collected, or open support tickets related to purchases.


Your request refund will be automatically accepted if none of the above apply to your account.


Please note that you have to request a refund yourself through your MY AUCTIM account on the website.
