To ensure the security and proper settlement of our auctions, we only approve your request once your case has been fully completed. The refund is temporarily postponed if your account still has active obligations.
You can only successfully reclaim your deposit once you meet the following conditions:
- No outstanding invoices
All payments for your won lots have been fully processed. - All goods collected
You have already collected all purchased items. - No active highest bids
You are currently not the highest bidder on any lot. - No ongoing complaints
Any questions or cases have been fully resolved.
As soon as all these conditions are met, we will immediately process your request and refund the amount to your account.
