Your deposit is not automatically refunded after participating in an auction. This allows you to continue bidding on other auctions without having to pay a new deposit each time. If you no longer wish to bid and want to reclaim your deposit, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to auctim.com with your email address and password.
2. Click on “My Profile” at the top of the page and select “Deposit” from the drop-down menu, or click this link.

3. In the deposit overview, you’ll see the amount you have deposited. Click the button to reclaim your deposit.
Important: You can only reclaim your deposit if: You have no highest bids or outstanding invoices, All won lots have been collected, There are no open questions or complaints. If all these conditions are met, you can start the procedure and your deposit will be automatically refunded after a few days. The exact timing depends on the processing time of your bank.
