This depends on several parameters:
Auction Closure: The auction must be fully closed before pro forma invoices are generated.
For auctions with hundreds of lots, the closing process may take several hours to allow all bidders to follow their lots. The auction can also be extended if new bids are still coming in.Final Adjudication Auctions: Once all lots have closed, our system will automatically send the pro forma invoices within two hours.
Temporary Adjudication Auctions: After all lots are closed, the seller has 24 hours to approve or reject the bids. Once we receive the seller’s decision, our system will automatically send the pro forma invoices.
In both cases, you will first receive a pro forma invoice.
Once payment is completed, you will receive the final invoice, which will be available in your MY AUCTIM account on www.auctim.com and also sent to you by email.
Important notes:
Still received a payment reminder after paying?
→ No worries: this is an automated message. If you paid by bank transfer, the payment is likely still being processed.Make sure your payment is complete.
→ Partial payments are not accepted. The full amount must be paid in one single transaction.Always use the correct structured payment reference provided in your invoice to avoid delays.
Do not call us to verify your payment.
→ Our system automatically and continuously tracks the payment status.Planning to collect your goods but your payment hasn’t been registered yet?
→ Always pay on time to avoid issues. In some cases, a payment confirmation may be sufficient—please contact the auction organizer for further instructions.
