What do the different sales types (B2B, B2B-C, C2B-C and Judicial) mean?

Each lot on Auctim is marked with a sales type. This indicates who the seller is, which type of buyer the lot is intended for, and whether consumer rights apply.


B2B

This lot is sold by a professional seller and is intended for professional buyers. Private individuals may place bids on this lot, but consumer rights, such as warranty or the right of withdrawal, do not apply.


B2B-C

This lot is sold by a professional seller and is intended for both private individuals and professional buyers. For private buyers, consumer rights apply in accordance with the general and special terms and conditions. Professional buyers are not entitled to these consumer rights.


C2B-C

This lot is sold by a private seller. As a result, consumer rights, such as warranty or the right of withdrawal, do not apply.


JUDICIAL

This lot is sold as part of a judicial sale, for example following seizure or bankruptcy. As a result, consumer rights, such as warranty or the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
